This project involved creating a native app for a retail shop, focusing on delivering a seamless shopping experience. The scope included designing a user-friendly interface, crafting a unique brand identity, developing a comprehensive UX kit, streamlining the checkout process, and creating a style tile to ensure a cohesive visual language.

I conducted competitor analysis and a SWOT assessment to identify key opportunities. By creating user personas, journey maps, and defining the target audience, I established a clear design direction. The project included designing a mobile version of the app, conducting user testing with peers, collecting feedback, and making adjustments. I finalized the design through a thorough review process, resulting in a clickable prototype and wireframe that encapsulate the app's functionality and user experience.
