The S2O Songkran Music Festival 2023 in Hong Kong was a spectacular celebration blending the vibrancy of Thailand's traditional New Year water festival with electrifying live music. Renowned for its dynamic atmosphere, the event offered a unique experience where attendees danced under cascading water sprays to the beats of world-class DJs, creating a memorable and refreshing festive experience.

As part of the project management team, I played a key role in crowd management, developing contingency plans, overseeing F&B operations, and coordinating staff activities. Through this experience, I enhanced my ability to stay vigilant on-site, respond effectively to emergencies, and ensure smooth execution of the event. Collaborating closely with the team, I managed on-site activities, addressed guest complaints, and provided timely solutions, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees while maintaining operational efficiency.
