APLF Exhibition

I managed onsite events for APLF, focusing on key aspects of event management, including crowd management, speaker alignment, and event rundown coordination. My responsibilities involved ensuring smooth execution by collaborating closely with the event team and stakeholders to align schedules and oversee onsite operations effectively.

To enhance the attendee experience, I developed and implemented strategies for crowd management, ensuring smooth traffic flow, minimizing congestion, and maintaining safety and comfort throughout the event. I worked directly with speakers to align their schedules, provide onsite support, and ensure their presentations were delivered seamlessly, contributing to the event's overall success.

Additionally, I took charge of managing the event rundown, ensuring all activities followed the planned schedule. This required adaptability to address last-minute changes and unexpected challenges while keeping the event on track. By closely coordinating with the team, I helped streamline operations, delivering a high-quality experience for both attendees and exhibitors.

S2O, Songkran Music Festival 2023

The S2O Songkran Music Festival 2023 in Hong Kong was a spectacular celebration blending the vibrancy of Thailand's traditional New Year water festival with electrifying live music. Renowned for its dynamic atmosphere, the event offered a unique experience where attendees danced under cascading water sprays to the beats of world-class DJs, creating a memorable and refreshing festive experience.

As part of the project management team, I played a key role in crowd management, developing contingency plans, overseeing F&B operations, and coordinating staff activities. Through this experience, I enhanced my ability to stay vigilant on-site, respond effectively to emergencies, and ensure smooth execution of the event. Collaborating closely with the team, I managed on-site activities, addressed guest complaints, and provided timely solutions, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees while maintaining operational efficiency.

Google Smart Digital City

Google Smart Digital City 2022 in Hong Kong showcased innovative solutions and advancements in technology, focusing on creating smarter, more connected urban environments. The event brought together industry leaders, innovators, and policymakers to discuss transformative ideas and share insights on building sustainable and intelligent cities.

As part of the event management team, I assisted with guest services, supported speakers on and off stage, manage stage activities and the event rundown. Working closely with the panel and event director, I ensured seamless coordination and execution of the event, contributing to its overall success while gaining valuable experience in planning and logistics.
